DOUMAI!! Hamamatsu Gyoza
(Vegetable Gyoza)

Hamamatsu Gyoza produced without using pork-derived ingredients. How to cook is explained in English on the back side of the package. Enough volume of vegetables (harvested in Japan) give the gyoza a light taste. The gyoza is already heated, so it can be simply cooked. 0 cholesterol! It is so good with RAMEN or SUSHI!!

NO-MSG, No food additives are used. You can eat it to vegans, it doesn't use meat and any kind of meat products. The wrapper is soft and has a glutinous, ripe texture that is manufactured in-house by a proprietary process that other companies can not imitate.

Marumatsu has been producing gyoza (dumplings) for long in Hamamatsu City, which has marked the Japan's largest purchases of gyoza. The gyoza of Marumatsu is characterized by thin wrapper and a lot of filling, and we manufacture one million pieces of gyoza per day. We hope that people all over the world enjoy our healthy gyoza having good nutrient balance. To obtain the best domestic ingredients for the second factory that produces frozen gyoza only, we carefully select the best production area depending on seasons, purchase fresh ingredients and process the ingredients while keeping freshness. Through the obtained certification of Mini-HACCP of Shizuoka Prefecture and thorough quality control, we will deliver safe and delicious products. In January 2019, theheadquarters chilled factory was newly constructed and relocated, and a production line was added. We also carry out factory tours at our headquarters chilled factory. (By appointment only). We have obtained ISO22000:2005 certification.

Three factory system that produces one million pieces per day In 2010, a second factory (freezing factory) was completed next to the old headquarters, and a new headquarters factory was completed in 2019. Together with the Chinese factory (Qingdao), established a three-factory system. We strive to make food safe and secure, and produce safe and delicious dumplings based on an integrated production system from raw material selection to processing, packaging and sales.
